Spring Has Sprung!

The weather is warmer, the flowers are blooming and my three ducklings couldn't be happier! Hop, Hop, Hop!  Easter's on It's Way!

These busy bunnies have been helping me transform our house into a springtime wonderland!

Much like the weather in March, Avery continues to be hot AND cold!  She's feisty as can be one minute and then as cuddly as a lamb the next.

Scientist of the Week!

Hailey brought home the "Scientist of the Week" bag this week.  She's been waiting for it ALL YEAR!  Finally we get to wear a lab coat and safety goggles, read books about science, and create science experiments!  Wait a minute...this sounds familiar...

She had to create a science project and present it to the class at the end of the week.  Since she brought the bag home during Eastertime, we decided to do an Egg Drop.  She was excited to give her project a trial run with her sisters and Kaitlyn before we do it with her classmates at school!

Mommy, Lainey, Avery and Gigi and Babu came to help Hailey with her science project! 

We dropped the eggs from the top of the "big girl playground.  The only way to get to the top is by climbing up there (thank goodness I wore pants!) and the only way down is by, you guessed it, sliding down!  Thank goodness there are no photos of me doing either of the two.  There are videos however, which I am in the process of  destroying!

Now time for the fun part!  Dropping the eggs down to see which ones break!!
