Avery's Baptism

"Every good and perfect gift is from above."  James 1:17. 

 

Nothing makes me more aware of God's love than when I look at my sweet, chubby little baby and realize that God loves her even more than I do.  I pray that Doug and I are able to raise our girls to love the Lord and know His grace. 

 

Avery Claire was baptized on Sunday, January 12, 2014 at Third Presbyterian Church in Richmond Virginia.  It was such a special morning with memories that we will cherish forever.

Corey Widmer has baptized all three of our girls at Third Presbyterian Church.  Kathy White, a good friend and role model, held the font for both Lainey and Avery's baptism. 

Pam Douglas was our prayer sponsor and Kathy White held the font.

The girls were very well behaved during the entire service!  Thank goodness for the extra pairs of grandparent hands and for Gigi's superb coloring skills!
