Pre-Disney Camera Dumping!!

I'm clearly procrastinating, as it's a day before our Disney/Florida vacation and I haven't packed a single bag.  Instead, I'm eating junkfood, drinking wine and doing a little Pre-Disney camera dumping.

This week has been one big blur.  We've spent 10 out of the past 12 days snowed inside.  Yes, it snowed...again.  Yay! Insert sarcastic enthusiastic tone here...And while it's been lovely staying home being lazy with my girls (I'm the biggest homebody you will ever meet!) even I am ready for a bit of a break!  Sunny Florida, here we come!

Of course, they both have to have their own Elsa and Anna dolls.

They kept busy (and hydrated) picking icicles off of the bushes by the front door.  They were fascinated!

More fun in the snow with Daddy!

"Hi Mommy!"

Playing in the snow with our neighbor (and very convenient babysitter!) Rima!

The girls had a great time exploring Uncle Poogie's snow covered backyard!

Lulu and the wienies.

Playing in the snow with Gigi.

We must have woke Uncle Poogie up from his Saturday afternoon nap!  Must be nice...

If we haven't been outside in the snow, we've been warm and toasty at home in our jammies.  Mini-Mommy is perfectly content vegging out on the couch to her favorite show.

The girls kept busy building a fort on one of many snow days!

Daddy even helped ward off snowed in boredom with a craft!

They made bead butterflies!

Of course, we had to have more Frozen dance parties!
When in doubt, Princess dressup is always a hit.  Avery even decided to join in this time!!!

Snow boots and gymnastics leotards is how we rolled into gymnastics class this week!
Hailey, showing off her new leotard in her favorite color, "rainbow sparkly."  She asked that I put her hair in a ponytail with a scrunchie "like the big girls!"

I've come to realize that if Lulu goes missing around noon during the day, it's probably because she's hiding somewhere...pooping.  She was NOT happy about Mommy finding her most recent "poop place."

1.  Busted!

2.  Oh the shame...

3.  I'm sorry Mommy!

4.  Obviously I immediately scooped her up after seeing this poor face and told her that she can poop in her diaper until she's 30 for all I care, as long as she stops crying.  Then Daddy bought her a pony.

This, my friends, is what nearly $200 in diapers and formula looks like.  It's still painful thinking about it...

Hailey went to a dinner and a movie with her friend Owen and Lainey got to have a playdate with her very best friend Ella.  They were so stinkin' cute together!!!

She loves her Ella.

Cute little people.

Sharing a snuggle in bed.

SNOW Much Fun!

The weathermen had been forecasting 2-5 inches of fluffy white snow for days in advance and these two snow bunnies were ready!  They cancelled school and we sat at home staring out the windows.  We waited, and waited, and waited.  Nothing.  I promised them that we would play in the snow that day, and when the snow started coming down around bedtime, they didn't let me forget it!  Who knew that playing in the snow in the middle of the night was so much MORE FUN!!!

Sledding sisters!

Happy girl in the snow!

Pretending to be Elsa, freezing things.

Lulu was happy to be all bundled up.  She doesn't like the cold as much as her sister does!

Daddy and his girls.

Me and my snow bunnies!

Having a blast catching snowflakes on our tongues!

Lainey kept telling me that she was having a "delicious snow snack!"

Daddy and Lulu.

Snowball fight!

Hailey had a blast sledding down the big hills!

Lainey stuck to sledding down our driveway.

Lulu, attempting a snow angel.

Hailey had our front yard covered in snow angels before the night was through!

Hooray for snow!!!

Runny noses and rosy cheeks = lots of fun in the snow!

Playing with Frozen toys while waiting for round 2 of snow fun!

Snow Fun: Round 2!!

Ready to hit the snow, again.  This time, with Elsa and Anna in hand!

All bundled up!

Lulu was ready for more snow fun too!

She would have stayed out there all day with Elsa if I let her!

Elsa made snow angels too!
They are so darn cute all bundled up!!

Sweet snow babies!

I could eat them up with a spoon!

Playing with their princesses.

Lainey liked burying Sleeping Beauty in the snow.

Snow ball fight (again!)

Rolling around (and eating!) the snow!

Daddy wasn't safe from their snowballs!

When they were bored with throwing snow at each other, they started throwing it at themselves!!

A goodbye picture with Daddy before he had to leave for a work trip to New York.

We stayed and played for a long time after Daddy left, to keep our minds off of missing him :(

Ridiculous!  We put this on and took it off four times yesterday!!!

One word.  Lollipops!  The only way to get these two in from the snow!

Sweet Avery decided to sit this snow fall out, and was much happier in her extra cozy jammies and blanket! (Unlike the last snowfall, where the temperature got into the 50's by the afternoon, it's only 10 degrees out there this time around!  Brrrr!  Too cold for this sweet baby!)

She didn't seem to mind missing the fun this time.  Next year will probably be a different story!
