Donkey Kicks for the Big Six!

Six years ago Hailey's Mommy and Daddy said "I do!"  And you better believe these have been the best six years of this Mama's life.  Hands down!  (I love you Doug!)

Many moves (Williamsburg, Newport News, Yorktown, Richmond), a few submarine deployments, two dental hygiene jobs, one Darden MBA Graduation (where someone special gave the Commencement Speech!) and one beautiful, spirited 2 year old daughter (plus one due sometime in the next month!) later and we're still as happy as can be!

So far, our Anniversary Day has been picture perfect.  We slept in, went to "The Bub", then Little Gym and lunch at Padow's.  (Our typical S.S.R - sacred saturday routine).  But this particular Saturday was exceptionally special to me because I got me one of them "fancy internet phones!"  That's right Facebook friends.  Look out because as soon as I figure this space phone out, I'm going to be posting videos and pictures of Buggy like a madwoman!  I see a Blackberry Intervention in my future!

Playing at "The Bub".  Have I mentioned before that she LOVES it there?!!

"Hailey.  Guess where we're going?" We can't tell her that it's a Little Gym day until we're on our way there because she gets way to excited!

"Little Gym!!  Yay!!"

Sitting in a circle with her shakers on the big red mat!  Ready to get her Little Gym on!

Shaking with Daddy.

"It's time to put the shakers away!"

Jumping!  Her instructor always comments on how Bug is such a good runner and jumper.  But today, I even overheard a group of Moms commenting on how she is "a natural gymnast!"  Looks like Gymnastics classes are in our future!

"Run, run, run.  It's fun, fun, fun!"

More running!

Working on her beam skills.  She's gotten quite good!

Showing Daddy how to perfect his donkey kicks.

"Stand back Daddy and watch how the pro does it!"

Forward rolls on the balance beam with Miss Bridgette.

"101, 102, 103..."  Doing some pull ups...with a little help from Daddy!

And more running.  Have I also mentioned before how much this child loves to run?!!

Time to play with the balls!!

Waiting patiently for her favorite part of the day....BUBBLES!

We couldn't think of anyone better to spend our Anniversary with (or any day for that matter!) other than with our sweet Buggy.  And I can't picture anyone else I'd rather have spent the past six years with (and the rest of my life for that matter!) other than my sweet husband Doug!  I've said it before, and I'll say it again...

It's good to be "Doug's Girl!"
