These happy family photos are quite deceiving, because guess what the Easter Bunny brought little Buggy yesterday? Hand, Foot and Mouth Disease!!! Oh Joy!
Poor sweet baby tried her darndest to smile for Granny Nanny's (never-ending!) annual Easter photos, and play with the toys in her Easter Baskets, but the HFMD took her down! But not without a fight!
Fortunately, her pediatrician said that she should be feeling better soon, and that she was most contagious last week. So far, only her poor Daddy has gotten sick, and hopefully that will be it! Thanks for taking one for the team Douggie! In spite of all this, Buggy seemed to enjoy her first Easter, and is looking forward to hunting Easter eggs next year (disease-free!)
Oh, you poor thing. We've had a few rounds with hand, foot, and mouth around here, too. Poor little Buggy. Am praying for a FAST recovery.
