"No more teachers! No more books!" Both of these thoughts actually make my children CRY! Our last day of school was filled with lots of tearful "goodbyes" and extra long hugs. It was an incredible year and our girls have flourished tremendously. Believe it or not we are all sad to see this first year at Veritas come to an end.

Before we closed the books on kindergarten and second grade, we were busy closing out the month of May with a bang! It was a slow and steady burn until the end of the school year, but we made it! And now, once we've gotten through the mourning stage of missing our teachers and friends, maybe, just maybe everyone will sleep in past 6am!!! At least I won't have to pack lunches for three glorious months!
I can't tell you how excited I am to spend the next 12 weeks with my four loves. I only have 10 more summers left (if I'm lucky!) with all four of them at home. With a little patience, a little more wine, and lot of prayer, I'm determined to make the best of each one!
