Daddy Daughter Time

I've got a good one, and he proved it even more this week!  Our favorite guy made some special memories with his favorite girls this month...

Y Princesses Fall Longhouse

The Mighty Tuskegee Tribe of the Pumunkey Nation had their Fall Longhouse this weekend.  Princess Hopping Frog, Princess Little Lamb and Brave Big War Eagle were in attendance for their first camping trip together.  To say the girls had a great time would be an understatement!!  During the day they met tons of new friends, had a big bonfire, played games and relay races, shot bow and arrows, went canoeing and fishing and hiked beautiful nature trails.  At night they made hotdogs and s'mores by the campfire, ran around with lanterns, flashlights and glow sticks with other Princesses and their dads until the middle of the night when they got to sleep in a tent on the ground with Daddy!    Hailey, Lainey and Daddy even "got taken into the woods in the middle of the night by a real Indian Chief in feathers with lots of fire and loud drums!" They were inducted into the tribe and given their tribal names, Hopping Frog, Little Lamb and Big War Eagle.  They came home dirty, smelly, tired and SO HAPPY!  (which made all of the packing and the extra loads of laundry worth it!)

Pony Pasture Rapids Trails with Daddy

Daddy took his girls on "an adventure" to Pony Pasture where the girls loved hiking through the woods, climbing the rocks, splashing in the water, playing in the mud and hunting for bugs.  But most of all, I think they loved the special attention from their favorite guy, Daddy :-)
