We had a fantastic weekend celebrating the king of a castle full of princesses! First, we headed to Deltaville with our small group for a day of sun, sand, boating, tubing and fellowship. We had fun splashing in the pool, floating around the river, riding on the boat, exploring a small island for shells and crabs and spending time with good friends. On Father's Day morning the girls surprised Daddy with cards they signed and colored themselves and then we headed to Williamsburg for a Father's Day cookout with the Lynchs, Wilkeys, Pastiriks and Gardners. Daddy also got a very nice Father's Day present this week...a new driveway! The girls loved watching the big trucks dig up our driveway and especially loved the cement truck!
The girls also finished up their first week of St. Catherine's Camp. They were in the Green Thumb Club together and loved it! They planted vegetables and flowers, made fairy gardens and spent the week digging in the dirt.
Hailey and Lainey also had their 6 and 4 year checkups. Both girls are very healthy:
Hailey: 41 pounds 42 inches 20/20 vision
Lainey: 36 pounds 40 inches
When we weren't at the river, Saints camp or with family we were at the pool! It's been hot and the best way to cool off is with a cool swimming pool and Kanawha snow cones. It was a great week celebrating a great man!
