Thanksgiving 2014

So much to be thankful for this year!

I had two very cute helpers in the kitchen this year!

Lainey, presenting her canned good to the alter for her Thanksgiving celebration.

Lulu was so happy to see that her big sister surprised her by coming to see her sing in her Thanksgiving program.  She didn't leave her side the entire time!

Daddy and Avery came to see Lainey sing too!

It's great that the girls schools are right next to each other.  Avery and I just walked across the street to sneak Hailey out of class for Lainey's program!

St. Catherine's made a Human Food Chain from St. Catherine's to St. Stephen's.  They closed Grove Ave and passed food to each other all the way to St. Stephen's food bank!

Little Red had a cold for her 2nd Thanksgiving.  She's been happiest with her jammies on, her lovey in her hands and a paci in her mouth.

We had Thanksgiving at our house with all of our Virginia family.  The girls were SO excited to have Layla over for her first Virginia Thanksgiving!

The kids table.

Daddy and Poogie BUSTED watching General Hospital instead of football!

Yeah...

Snuggling up with some treats watching Barbie Nutcracker.

Let the feasting begin!

Babu was happy to go first!

The grown up table.  Poogie finally graduated!

The tiny turkeys table.

Avery was very excited to eat with the big girls!

She stayed at that table forever!

Babu thought she might be lonely and decided to keep her company.

The boys and their brews.

Babu got in some after dinner snuggling with Avery.

Poogie got in some after dinner sillies with Lainey.

Babu on babysitting duty in Lainey's room!

The girls decided to take full advantage of the fact that the adults were busy talking and consuming alcohol, so they decided to make a bouncy house out of all of the couch cushions!

Thanksgiving crafts with Erin.  They were making turkeys out of apples.

Hailey and her turkey.

More crafts!  This time, turkey feathers!

Thanksgiving bubble bath with Layla!

A sweet thank you note to God, written by Hailey's class.
