We've been in our house for almost two weeks now, and have had ample amount of time to get into the Christmas spirit around here! The girls have been festively dressed morning, noon and night and our Christmas tree hasn't been unplugged for 12 days! Our Glee Christmas CD's are smokin' and Dora's Christmas Carol has been on repeat for days! We've watched it so much, that Bug now thinks she's Swiper, and swipes Lainey's toys and then says, "Swiper, no swiping! You're toooo late!" As she's throwing whatever object she's swiped from her baby sister across the room. Not exactly the idea that I think she's supposed to pick up from the show, but oh well. I get a chuckle out of it! Needless to say, we're feeling the Christmas spirit and I'm not sure if Bug is more excited about Santa and the toys she's going to get (if she's "nice" of course) or the fact that it's Jesus' birthday and we're going to have birthday cupcakes for baby Jesus!

| Whispering something sinister into her baby sister's ear! |

| "Helping" Mommy put together the Santa's sleigh and reindeer gingerbread house. |
| Excited to go to "pweschool" on a Wednesday this week! |
| She had to get in a little tree tampering before she left! |
| Post preschool. Covered in green play doh. Heading into her playroom. "Bye Mommy! See you soon!" She knew naptime was approaching! |
| Pointing to the Advent calender. Asking me how many more days until Christmas. |
| Reading up on what she was doing for her first Christmas. She's grown up so fast! Sniff, sniff. |
| At least I have this little love muffin to do it all over again with! |
| Christmas Baby Booty. |
| Practicing her "swimmies." |
| Lulu loves her Vegetable Mum Mums! |
| And her candy canes! |
| Buggy was dancing for Lulu last night, and had that baby bursting at the seams with sweet baby giggles! It was a moment too sweet to forget, and I'm sure it will be in my "Mommy memory bank" for a long time! |
It sure is the most wonderful time of year! Tomorrow, we're heading to Williamsburg to see the "Festival of Lights" with Gigi and Babu, and on Friday, Doug and I are hosting our first party in our new house with some of our favorite people! I'm looking forward to some adult conversation and some adult beverages. And to not smelling like poop and spit up for a night!
Season's Greetings!!
