Yes the snow is beautiful, and fun to play in...in moderation. This is our third major snow storm in two months! Poor Haily doesn't even remember what it's like to play outside! This snow has to stop, mainly because we are starting to go stir crazy in our cute little gingerbread house, but also because all this cold weather has put me into a baking frenzy! We have cookies, rice crispy treats, magic cookie bars...and that's just what I baked yesterday!
Lots of baked goods + mommy snowed in the house = not a good combination!
We did our usual "snowed in" activities. We played with a snowball on our tray.
Stared longinly out the window.
Ate some snow.
And played with our toys...for a very long time!
She also showed off her "soldier" crawl. She's now crawling! Or at least I guess that's what you'd call it. She pulls her chubby little body around on the floor like her legs are broken. At least she'll have strong arms, and she gets to where she needs to go. Efficient, no. But shes always done things in her own special way!
I guess Buggy doesn't seem too upset about being stuck indoors with me!
This is her "I'm so terribly excited that I don't know what to do with myself" smile. It's usually followed by a screach of some sort.
We couldn't think of anyone we would rather be stuck indoors with! Even if we can't have an adult conversation with her, she poops in her pants and screams. All. The. Time!
Your cute little house does look like a gingerbread house! Love that Hailey is sporting bows. Nothing better than being girly.
