Summer is in full swing and we've been having a blast! The kids have been spending their mornings doing lots of fun camps while I've been busy picking every. single. little. thing. out for the new house! It's been fun but I don't want to look at another knob, faucet, light fixture or paint sample for a loooong time!  Our afternoons have been filled with piano lessons (even Beethoven had to keep up his skillz during summer!), playdates and splashing around at the pool. So far, summer 2019 is off to a great start!

Sports Camp

The best camp of the summer!  The girls loved seeing all of their friends, hanging with the Juniors and Seniors and they especially loved water day (where they may or may not have crushed the boys during the water fight!)

Creative Writing Camp

Lainey loved her time with the infamous Mrs. Earman during creative writing camp.  The stories she came up with were fantastic!

Sewing Camp

Thank goodness someone knows how to use a sewing machine in this family now!!!

Basketball Camp

These two ballers brushed up on the bball skillz with Coach Holder and their friends during basketball camp.  They came home sweaty, tired and HAPPY!

Water, Water Everywhere Camp!

Avery and Caleb had a great time during their two week camp at St. Stephen's.  Avery got two more weeks with her buddies and Caleb had a great time playing in the water!

We sure are going to miss this sweet preschool!

A Much Needed Weekend Away!

We had a great time getting the Sigma Nu band back together!  The last time the whole group was together was 14 years ago at our wedding!

Adventures in Potty Training!

The timing isn't ideal since we will be moving in a month, but this little man was ready for the big boy potty! (and he looks mighty cute in his big boy undies too!)

We spend most of our time around the house pantless these days....

Father's Day Weekend

We had a fun Father's Day weekend in Williamsburg celebrating with some great Gardner, Wilkey and Lynch Fathers while our Daddy was away for work in Paris.  The kids were excited to give him his cards when he came home and they were also happy to see that he came home with souvenirs from Paris! 

The big girls and I got to sneak away to the movies to see Aladdin!

Summer Siblings

One of my favorite things about summer is seeing how sweetly these kiddos of mine like to play together.  Their imaginations seems to come to life during the summer through pillow forts, plays and dances, outdoor exploration and self-made games and books.  I am so thankful that they have EACHOTHER!
