Recital Weekend 2016

Hailey and Lainey were stars during their ballet recitals over the weekend!  Hailey was the most beautiful Confetti Princess out there and Lainey stole the show with her cute bunny hop!  The girls performed on different nights again, so they got to watch each other on stage.  This year, Gigi and Layla came with us too!  At the end of Lainey's performance, the pre-ballet girls gave the graduating seniors flowers.  Lainey got to give Bridget hers, which was a very sweet moment.  They were shining stars up on stage and we're so proud of them!  

Best Job Ever!

They treated me like a queen, I didn't lift a finger all day, and I even took a 2 hour nap...in an EMPTY house!  It seems silly to think that I've "earned" this special day of rest, when I have the best job in the whole entire world.  I cherish every day with these sweet little ones that God has trusted me to care for, and I wouldn't exchange one day for 200 hundred naps!  I love my job.

Mother's Day 2016

When all of the other recipes are of elaborate desserts and entrees made by other moms, and my daughter writes about my hotdogs!
