Meanwhile, while Hailey was having a great first day of kindergarten...Lainey and Avery played with Ella and Hudson while Mommy cried with my best friend because my little girl is growing up.

It was a special morning for Hailey as St. Catherine's celebrated it's 125th school year.  At the begining of each school year the kindergartners get to walk in with a senior as they begin their journey in the lower school. Hailey didn't get to walk with Bridget (our neighbor, babysitter and friend) because she was performing during the ceremony, but Hailey got to meet up with her afterwards for some big hugs and pictures.

Hailey was very excited to tell her classmates that her friend was up there performing in front of the whole school (985 girls!)! 

Kindergarten Popsicle Social

Hailey was excited to see her old JK friends during her class popsicle social before school started.

Avery was excited to see that she has the same teacher this year!  She was having so much fun on her first day that she cried (kicked and screamed) when it was time to leave!

Guess What She Wants For Christmas??!!

The Tooth Fairy has been busy at our house!  Hailey lost her front tooth during school on her 3rd day of kindergarten!

She got to bring home the Tooth Fairy bag from school and was very proud of herself!

The Tooth Fairy brought Hailey and baby sea turtle.  

And a few days later...she's asking for her two front teeth for Christmas!

First she learned how to ride a two wheeler and had her first day of kindergarten,  now she's losing her teeth and before I know it, she'll be asking me for the car keys!

We had lots of fun dressing up and cheering on the Tigers during the Chick-fil-A kickoff game.  The girls tried to find Daddy, Grandma and Grandpa in the stands on tv, but had no such luck.  

Back to Gymnastics

Back to school means back to after school activities!  The girls were excited about starting gymnastics again!

Hailey did an unassisted pull over for the first time during her first class back!

Avery is very proud of her big sisters and can't wait until she can take gymnastics too!

Lainey had a solo sleepover at Gigi and Babu's house and got to squeeze in one last trip to Water Country before it closed.  They had a blast together!
