| "Mary had a baby, yes Lord!" We've been humming that tune since Hailey's Christmas program and we are truly thankful for the meaning of this season. Our Chrismtmas Eve started off with a surprise delivery from Santa's elves! Lulu got a new big girl bed! The girls also opened the presents that they picked out and wrapped for each other and then we headed to Williamsburg for Christmas Eve dinner at the Lynches. The girls got to play with Layla and opened their presents from Gigi, Babu and Uncle Poogie. Lainey and Avery fell asleep on the ride home (Avery was sick for her second Christmas with a bad cold and an ear infection, poor sweet girl) so Hailey had to set out Santa's milk and cookies all by herself. The girls woke up bright and early (as expected) and couldn't wait to run downstairs and see what Santa brought them. After a morning full of shrieks, squeals and screams of pure joy and excitement the girls headed straight into play mode. They had played with just about everything, at least once, by the time our family started arriving. The girls had a blast showing Layla all of their new toys and everyone enjoyed taking some time out of our hectic lives to visit with each other and enjoy this wonderful season. The girls ended the day with a sleepover in Lainey's new big girl bed. Merry Christmas!  |

| Gigi also got the girls tiny American Girl dolls, AG books, pets for their AG dolls, a huge Frozen tent and a Frozen ball crawl for Avery. |

| And Avery had fun unwrapping her cell phone from Uncle Poogie. |

| Uncle Poogie earned major brownie points with the girls when they opened their ice skating Elsa and Anna dolls! |

| Looks like they were pretty good this year! Hailey and Lainey didn't have separate couches this year. Instead, Santa brought them lots of fun toys and crafts to share! |
