Doug asked me what I wanted for Christmas last night, and I honestly couldn't think of anything. All I've ever wanted, I already have. God is good.

Thanksgiving Leftovers!
A few "post-turkey" pictures from Thanksgiving at the Gardners.
Douggie sleeping...
Uncle Poogie sleeping...
Grandpa Ben sleeping...
Buggy sleeping...
and Mommy doing dishes...of course.
We decided to put on our Thanksgiving stretchy pants and jammies and let our bellies get a little more comfortable.
Buggy playing with Grandpa Ben.
A baby in a basket.
Uncle Poogie and Douggie watching 'Da Bears! (Those angry looks should let you know how the game turned out)
Granny Nanny and Buggy in front of her very first Christmas tree! (We've had it up for almost 3 weeks!! I'm a sucker for Christmas!)

So Much to be Thankful for!
We couldn't have asked for a better Thanksgiving. Great food and even better company. I'd love to write more, but I'm still in Turkey-Coma...

Welcome Neighbors!
Yay!! Our neighbors/new best friends are finally here!! We met Robert and Lauren in our birthing class in our beloved town of Charlottesville and thier sweet little boy, Robert IV is only a month older than Buggy! Robert is going to be working in the same building as Doug and they live only two blocks up from us!!
Hailey and Robert meeting for the first time.
She even shared her favorite rattle!
And then she tried to show off for him.
They drooled a little bit together.
And chewed on some toys.
Sang to eachother.
And played with some blocks.
It was a great night and we are so happy to have the Lucks in town!

Child Protective Services Anyone?!
It's barely lunchtime and already I feel like a terrible Mommy! I've already accidentally let Buggy play with and smell her dirty diaper...
...and then she tried to eat it...
...and then she tried some of my trans-fatty happy meal!! I guesss I can't leave our curious little kitty alone at all anymore!!
But when she gives me one of her sweet smiles, I can tell that she knows I'm trying my best and that she loves me anyways!

We're Teething!!
Ever since Buggy started teething, she's been making this silly pouty face.
We've been doing as much as we can to try to keep her busy and happy...because otherwise, out comes "Teething Buggy" which means lots of squealing and crying.
Daddy had the great idea of putting her out on the poarch so she can commune with nature...I think we're going to have a little tree hugger on our hands.
Staying preoccupied in her bouncer, trying to grab her Toucan.
A big yawn, and a glimpse at her little tooth. Right now it's just really red and sharp, but pretty soon Buggy will be able to smile and show off her new pearly whites. (Letters "O" and "P" just in case you are interested! I guess I miss the dental field a little bit afterall!)
She finished her last jar of baby's "first foods" yesterday! So sad! Now she moves on to exciting "second foods!" Bananas and sweet potatoes are still her favorites.
Showing off her "old man" smile.
Playing "swimmies" on the floor.
Grabbing her little toes.
Looking serious.
Smiling big for Mommy (ok, maybe she was smiling at her rattle..) Either way, she's still the cutest little girl in the whole world! I'm going to miss her little toothless smile!
